When we want to celebrate first year anniversary we approached Kanchi Maha Periyava to get his blessings for our first Radha Kalayanam during 1986.He advised us to conduct Radha Kalyanam in a public place instead
Of doing it In the house and to invite all the people and to accept what ever they can afford to contribute to this event as a participation from their side (By the way of Materials or Money).
First Radha Kalayanam started in Malola Kalyana Mandapam T Nagar and the Caterer was Pattappa and the Pandurangan Bhajan Mandali was performed Radha Kalayanam led by ‘’ Late Bhagawatha sinonnmani T.S.Krishnamurthy”.
The Caterer Mr.Pattappa is still participating in all our Radha Kalayanam continuously over all these years. We have honoured him with a tittle as “Kaliyuga Nalan”.
To commemorate our anniversary we are doing Radha Kalyanam every year in the month of October (Puratasi month in the Tamil)
During the Radha Kalayanam starts from Friday to Sunday, starts with Ganapathy homam and we are providing the Mahaprasadam to all the devotees who are attending the function.
And also we are sending Mahaprasadam to orphanage and Schools around 1500 students and we are donating the vessels which given as Seer varisai to Radha pirati to a poor family of their Daughters Marriage.
